David was recommended to us by another family member who purchased her first home with him. So we contacted him to help us with our first home purchase. He was nothing but excellent. He has a great knowledge of Copley/Fairlawn and the surrounding areas where we were focusing our search, and he knew what kind of home our budget would get us in each area. David didn't try to push us into a home that was above our price bracket, but, at our request, he did show us some homes that we're above our budget, with the purpose of showing us what that extra money would buy (and for us, it wasn't worth going over our budget). We did not have a good list of items for him to go off of when we first started looking at houses. We had a general idea, but that was about it. Even with such a small list of requests, David found house after house that we really liked. After we found the perfect home, David made the process of negotiation really easy, and really laid back. He was always willing to give us both his professional and personal opinions on questions that we had regarding the negations and the closing process. I cannot recommend David enough if you are looking to purchase a home. He's always professional and can work with you and your schedule really well.
